City Clerk

The City Clerk is the recording officer and custodian of all documents belonging to the City not assigned to another department. These documents include agendas, meeting minutes, and executed contracts. The City Clerk is also the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Officer and the coordinator of local election services.
