Mission 

The Engineering Department is responsible for the design, development, and construction of public facilities and capital improvements for various projects including but not limited to stormwater, street and public utility infrastructure, traffic management, engineering design and inspection. Capital Improvement Program

The Engineering Division is also responsible for the City’s 5-year Capital Improvement Program, administering the public infrastructure by designing and constructing improvements as forecasted. The CIP, updated on an annual basis, addresses the City’s infrastructure needs which include street, sidewalk, curb & gutter, water and sewer system, drainage, and streetscape improvements.
