Request for Proposals to Prepare Comprehensive Plan Update

Request for Proposals (RFP) intends to obtain a qualified
person, firm, or corporation, for the preparation of the City
of North Chicago's Comprehensive Plan Update. The City of North Chicago is looking to evaluate its long-term vision for the future of North Chicago. The City's current Comprehensive Plan was adopted in 2016. The plan's Update will include, at a minimum, comprehensive land use planning, and contextual neighborhood planning, as well as create subarea plans for: the Skokie Highway corridor, 10th Street corridor, Sheridan Road corridor, Commonwealth Avenue corridor, and Green Bay Road corridor. The Update will guide the City's future development for the next ten years.
