The Mayor as Chief Executive Officer heads City Administration. The Chief of Staff is responsible to the Mayor for the proper administration of all departments, offices and affairs of the City of North Chicago.

 

City Administration supports and leads strategic, tactical and operational initiatives to grow revenue, reduce costs, improve efficiency and enhance the image of the city.
